Search, timeline and map

Find photos by what, when, where and who.

Search

The Search page and GET /api/photos/search combine any of: free text (file name, description, location name, city, country), camera make and model, date range, person, comma-separated tags and favourites only.

Timeline

GET /api/photos/timeline?year=&month= returns photos grouped by day.

Map

The Map page plots photos that have GPS coordinates (up to 500 at once). GET /api/photos/map accepts lat, lon and radius_km (default 10) to restrict the area.

Camera statistics

GET /api/photos/stats/cameras summarises which cameras produced your library.
